campfire's reflection

"Medieval Days" was the name of this year's campfire. Being in charge of doing Programme And Performance, i felt that, i did not give my best. My patrol had a hard time finding the right texture of an ancient book but with the help of the CLs, we managed to come up with an idea and put it into use. However, by the time we came up with the idea, it was already the week before the campfire. We had to do our work faster than usual and with it being acceptable at the same time. Though we managed to finish it, it was right before the campfire. I really regret not following the time schedule because if we did, we could finish the booklets 2 weeks before the campfire. Nonetheless, through this campfire, i realized that even if we had only one month to do the preparations, we should really REALLY plan our time very very carefully and so we can pull through the campfire successfully without having to worry that any part of the campfire preparations is not done up properly. With faith, I believe that we can pull next year's campfire even more successfully!

i feel that our campfire this year has been a success because, even thoughwe were not really prepared we did quite a good performance. during thecampfire i was in the canteen most of the time because my patrol was doingthe refreshments:(( but overall i enjoyed the campfire and i hope thecampfires for the next few years would be better.
